Academic Requirements
A Bachelor"s degree of 180 ECTS cr. in Engineering Physics, or Physics, or equivalent, including the following:- Mathematics 45 ECTS cr. covering basic one and multivariable calculus, introduction to vector analysis, partial differential equations and complex analysis, linear algebra, andcomputer numerical analysis and mathematical statistics.- Basic physics and engineering physics 90 ECTS cr. including basic classical and modern physics, and introduction to materials physics and/or nanoscience.- Basic courses in technology of which at least 15 ECTS cr., are in an area other than engineering physics.- Course/s relevant to engineering 6 ECTS cr. in the humanities, social sciences or gender studies.
Requirements for admission to master programmes taught in English for a non-exchange student
- You must have successfully completed a programme of study in a relevant discipline at the bachelors level or equivalent. A transcript of records showing that the prerequisites stated for each master programme are met is required.
- You must have documented your knowledge of English through the TOEFL test (paper-based test: 575 / computer-based test: 213 / Internet-based test: 90) or IELTS (required score 6.5 - no band lower than 5.5) or equivalent.
